Car Club Participation
- My car club would like to attend the show as a group. Do you offer any discounts to participating car clubs?
- We offer a discount to clubs that pre-register for the show. The discount is based on the number of vehicles that your group registers. For more information about the discount, and to receive a copy of the car club version of the registration form, please email karissa.jones@anpac.com. Please note that if you are registering as a club you should NOT use the general registration form.
- Do you recognize the club with the most members in attendance?
- Yes! We started presenting a "Car Club Participation Award" in 2010. Even though the award recognizes the group that brings the most people, we appreciate ALL the clubs that have members represented. After all, it's the cars that raise money for the United Way of the Ozarks!
- Can my club park together at the show?
- We typically allow registrants to park wherever they want. However, if you have a large group attending the show, it can be difficult to find adjacent parking for everyone (especially if attendance keeps increasing). We encourage you to reserve a parking block by emailing the number of anticipated attendees to karissa.jones@anpac.com. We will then reserve a place on the map for your group.
- Can a car club become a sponsor of the event?
- Yes! It's the perfect opportunity to advertise your club to thousands of local car buffs and show your commitment to helping charitable organizations across the Ozarks.

Corporate Sponsorships
- How can my company become a sponsor of the show?
- For information about becoming a corporate sponsor of the event, send an e-mail to Karissa Jones, sponsorship coordinator, at Karissa.Jones@anpac.com. You can also call her at 417.887.4990 x 2392. We have established several "official" sponsorship levels, though we recognize ALL companies that contribute to the event.
- What are the benefits of being a sponsor of the show?
- Benefits depend on the sponsorship level that your company chooses. Potential recognition opportunities for your company include mentions on Clear Channel Radio PSAs, a logo and link on the official Car Show website, a logo on up to 25,000 brochures and 500 posters that are displayed across the Ozarks, the opportunity to have a booth at the event and a logo on the back of the commemorative T-shirt. For a complete list of "official" sponsorship levels and benefits, click here.
- My company is thinking about contributing to the show, but not necessarily as an "official" sponsor. How can we help?
- There are many ways to contribute to the ANPAC Car Show! To learn more about the various donation opportunities that are available, please click here to view our sponsorship flyer!
MANY local companies contribute to the show, and most aren't "officially designated" sponsors. However, they all still receive recognition at the event! One of the best ways to contribute to our fundraising efforts is to donate a basket, gift certificate or product to our silent auction. Last year, the auction raised more than $3,000 in additional money for the United Way of the Ozarks. It's the perfect way to introduce your company and its products/services to the Springfield community - and help us raise money for a great cause.
We also give away grand prizes to our show registrants. In the past, companies have donated everything from an engine to a set of tires to a stereo receiver to a complete NASCAR weekend for two in Texas. Prizes like these are a great way to thank local car buffs for bringing their vehicles to the event and helping us raise money for the United Way of the Ozarks. Not to mention it helps raise brand awareness for your company!
- Who are your show sponsors this year?

Show History
- How much money has the show raised for the United Way of the Ozarks?
- Over the past 12 years, the show has raised over $168,000 for the United Way of the Ozarks. A unique aspect of this fundraiser is the fact that ALL money raised stays local.
- How many volunteers does it take to coordinate the event?
- The Car Show Steering Team is comprised of approximately 25 ANPAC team members that spend an entire year planning the event. Approximately 100 people donate their time and talent the actual day of the event.
- Why did you choose United Way to be the beneficiary of the show proceeds?
- The ANPAC team has been working with the United Way of the Ozarks for many years, coordinating both monetary and volunteer campaigns. Therefore, when ANPAC decided to host an annual Car Show, the United Way of the Ozarks was a natural beneficiary for the funds raised.
- Has the show grown since it began in 1999?
- The show has experienced tremendous growth and recognition in the community since it began in 1999. The first show had approximately five corporate sponsors and 94 judged cars. The only publicity for the event was a small article in the newspaper and a mention on the weekend calendar. In 2010, there were over 25 corporate sponsors and 283 cars that registered. Spectator attendance now averages 1,500 - 2,000. The show receives high-profile media coverage via Clear Channel Radio, a loyal supporter of the Car Show's fundraising efforts for the United Way of the Ozarks, and new sponsor FOX KRBK.
